Most of us know what we do. Far fewer of us know why we keep doing it: why the same arguments return, why we stall in the same places, why some situations drain us while others light us up. The Enneagram gives you a language for that "why". As an Accredited iEQ9 Practitioner, I use it to help you see your patterns clearly and choose what to do with them.
What is the Enneagram?
The Enneagram describes nine distinct ways of seeing and responding to the world. Each one is driven by its own core motivation, the deep need underneath our habits, reactions and choices.
It doesn't put you in a box. It shows you the box you've been living in, and how to step out of it. That is why it sits so naturally alongside mindset coaching: once you understand what drives you, you can start changing it on purpose.
Why I use the iEQ9
There are many free Enneagram quizzes online. The iEQ9 is different. It is a professional assessment, completed online, that adapts its questions as you answer and produces a detailed personal report. It goes well beyond a single type label, into how you work, relate, handle stress and grow.
A report on its own is just information. The value comes from the conversation about it, which is where I come in.

Enneagram Discovery — for individuals
For anyone who wants to understand themselves more deeply: at a crossroads, stuck in a pattern, stepping into leadership, or simply curious.

- A 90-minute one-to-one debrief with me, online or in person in Accra, where we go through your results and what they mean for your life and work
- Recommended next steps, agreed together at the end of your debrief
Enneagram for Teams
For leaders and organisations who want their people to work better together: leadership teams, new or growing teams, and teams going through change or friction.
What your team receives:
- The iEQ9 assessment and a personal report for each team member
- An iEQ9 Team report showing how the team works as a whole
- A facilitated team workshop, half-day or full-day depending on your team's needs, online or on site in Accra
- Optional one-to-one debriefs for each team member
- Optional: a tailored coaching programme of 4 to 6 sessions to develop your leadership team
The result is a shared language for how each person thinks, communicates and handles pressure, and practical agreements for working together.

Questions
Is this a personality test?
It is a professional assessment, not a pass-or-fail test and not a quick quiz. There are no right or wrong answers, and no type is better than another.
Do I need to know anything about the Enneagram first?
No. I explain everything you need during your debrief.
How long does the assessment take?
Most people complete it in 20 to 45 minutes.
Can I do this online?
Yes. The assessment is online, and debriefs and team workshops can be online or in person in Accra.
How much does it cost?
It depends on whether it's for you or your team, and what you need. We'll talk it through in your free clarity session.
Is my report confidential?
Yes. Your individual report is confidential to you. In team work, the team report is shared with the team, but each person's individual report stays private.
Do you work with couples?
Yes. The iEQ9 also offers a Couples report, which helps partners understand what drives each of them and how their patterns meet in the relationship. Ask about it in your free clarity session.
